In active partnership with our clients, navigating through the executive selection process, we:

- Conduct strategy sessions with client company line management to discuss position tasks and responsibilities, and identify the specific goals and critical factors for a successful fit between candidate and company.
- Define candidate specifications and create detailed position descriptions.
- Identify and develop appropriate target companies.
- Create a research database with names and titles of those individuals identified as potential candidates.
- Review the research database with clients, and screen for any conflicts of interest, prior knowledge of individuals, etc.
- Systematically conduct an in-depth candidate development and interview process to identify those candidates whose background most closely map to client criteria.
- Present complete candidate career profiles, including detailed compensation history.
- Coordinate scheduling of candidate interviews with client.
- Follow up with post interview discussion.
- Assist in development and negotiation of finalist compensation packages, and facilitate offer closure.
