Mr. George has twenty years of high-technology focused recruiting experience that provides him with the insight and experience to successfully identify candidates in a variety of business areas.
As founder of Springbrook Partners, Mr. George continues a tradition of providing executive search capabilities he has brought to the market since 1989. Prior to founding SPI he was a principal consultant with the executive search firm Search Services, Inc. for seven years. At SSI, he conducted searches across a wide range of industries and disciplines.
As a human resources consultant to the local high technology community, he was responsible for the planning and delivery of employment programs in hardware and software engineering, administration, finance and MIS, industry and product marketing, sales, customer service, and manufacturing. Client companies included Telco Systems, Lotus Development, Cognex, DEC and Prime Computer.
Prior to the founding of his consulting practice, Mr. George was an Associate with Rogers and Sands, and Vice President of Forasco, Inc., New England regional placement firms.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Buffalo, and graduate studies in business at Babson College.
